On November 14, the workshop "The Design of Efficient Legal Rules and Institutions" will be held at CEMFI. This one-day event aims to bring together two academic communities: those studying the judicial system from a Law and Economics perspective and those examining institutional design through Mechanism and Informational Design approaches. The workshop is organized in collaboration with the Fundación Jorge Padilla Blanco.
