Rafael Repullo has been elected as a member of the Econometric Society’s Regional Standing Committee (RSC). The Econometric Society has announced the winners of the Regional Standing Committee Elections. Terms will begin Jan. 1, 2026. Elections took place in four of the Society's six regions:
Africa: Firmin Doko Tchatoka (University of Adelaide) and Tavneet Suri, (MIT)
Australasia: Fedor Iskhakov (The Australian National University) and Liana Jacobi (University of Melbourne)
Europe: Rafael Repullo (CEMFI) and Pierre Dubois (TSE)
Latin America: Silvana Tenreyro (London School of Economics) and Elisa Belfiori (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella)
