CEMFI inaugurates the new academic year 2024-2025 with the conference "Experience Effects - the Long-Lasting Effects of Crises and Other Past Experiences on Expectations and Economic Decisions" given by Ulrike Malmendier, Cora Jane Flood Professor of Finance at the Haas School of Business and Professor of Economics at the University of California. The conference had a great success of participation among our professors and students. During the ceremony, the awards for Best Teacher of the academic year 2023-2024 were announced, which went to Rafael Repullo, the Best Third Year Paper, which went to Juan Segura and the Best Teaching Assistant, which went to Sevin Kaytan and Eugenio Renedo.
