CEMFI is inviting applications for several positions for academic staff at different levels:

1. Up to two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level starting in September 2024.

We welcome applications from candidates specializing in any field. For one of these positions, we especially welcome applications from candidates with research interests in financial economics.

The application deadline is November 15, 2023.

2. One two-year Postdoctoral Research position.

The positions are funded by the Maria de Maeztu Grant from Spain's Agencia Estatal de Investigación (MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033). We welcome applications from candidates specializing in any field.

The application deadline is December 15, 2023.

3. Up to two one-year Postdoctoral Research positions

These positions are aimed at individuals who have secured an Assistant Professor Position by the time of appointment and who wish to delay the start of their new position to spend a full academic year at CEMFI.

The positions are funded by the Maria de Maeztu Grant from Spain's Agencia Estatal de Investigación (MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033). We welcome applications from candidates specializing in any field.

4. One or two two-year Postdoctoral Research positions in the field of Political Economy

These positions are funded by the European Research Council Consolidator Grant POLTRUSTLAB, whose PI is Professor Monica Martinez-Bravo. We welcome applications in the fields of Political Economy or Applied Economics.
