The "Fourth Conference on Financial Stability” took place on June 29 and 30, with the inaugural speech of Jerome Powell, chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank, followed by a panel discussion on financial stability between Mr. Powell and Pablo Hernández de Cos, Banco de España governor. The Conference, jointly organized by CEMFI and Banco de España, brings together researchers and policy makers from European and US academic institutions and Central Banks to discuss the most recent advances regarding research on financial stability.
