12 May 2023

CEMFI has been selected to host the 2023 REStud Tour together with Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and Oxford University. The meetings, held annually since 1989, allow some of the most promising graduating doctoral students in economics and finance in the world to present their research to audiences around Europe. This year’s tour participants are Cuimin Ba (U Penn), Pauline Carry (CREST), Giacomo Lanzani (MIT), Agathe Pernoud (Stanford), Awa Ambra Seck (Harvard), and Rahul Singh (MIT). Ba’s, Lanzani’s, and Pernaud’s work is on micro theory; Carry’s research focuses on labor economics; Seck explores topics in development economics; and Singh is in the field of econometrics.
